The soft tissue service is headed by Jonathan Bell.  Jonathan qualified from the University of Edinburgh in 1997 and after a period in small animal general practice he gained his RCVS certificate in small animal surgery.  He completed an ECVS residency in 2007 and passed the ECVS board examination in 2009, making him a diplomat of the ECVS.  Jonathan is an RCVS and European specialist in small animal surgery and is a founding member and clinical director of Swift Referrals.  Having worked in small animal referrals for over 20 years, Jonathan is one of the most experienced surgeons in the region.  He enjoys all aspects of soft tissue surgery and his main areas of interest are BOAS and surgical oncology.
