Out of Hours Service

Swift Emergencies is a dedicated emergency out of hours provider for local veterinary practices. A veterinary practice must be registered with us in order for us to provide this service for their clients. A list of Registered practices that can use our services can be found below.

If you are a client of one of the registered veterinary practices signed up to our out of hour pet emergency care service, Please ring your practice in an emergency first who will be able to guide you to our service. If you are worried please do not delay in calling our staff who are trained to support you and your pet and also guide you through the emergency process.

Here at Swift Emergencies we have world-class facilities and very dedicated staff working around the clock to ensure our patients received the highest standard of care. We are available throughout the night, even if it is only for advice, to put both you and your pet at ease during this worrying time.

Many of the local daytime practices are signed up to our out-of-hours service and if we see your pet during this time, or you phone us for advice, we will send a full report to your own vets in the morning.

If you need us at any time of the night or when your usual vet is closed, please call us on 01937 374 888. If your pet needs to be seen, we will give you directions and an indication of the relevant consultation fees.
