Bob Pettit

Bob qualified from Edinburgh 1997. After a period of working in mixed practices in Lockerbie and Skipton,  where he developed an interest in small animal orthopaedic surgery, Bob  worked in a purely orthopaedic and spinal referral practice in West Yorkshire for 5 years. Bob returned to Skipton in 2010 to join as a partner in the local practice and set up his own small animal orthopaedic referral service serving the local area. Bob has 16 years of experience in referral practice and his main interests are fracture surgery, arthroscopy, angular limb correction and spinal surgery. 

Bob joined Swift referrals in October 2021. 

Outside of work Bob likes cycling, fly fishing, walking his dogs in the Dales with his family, watching and occasionally playing cricket badly and acting as a taxi service for his daughters.
